Account Security

Subscription & Payments

Paid subscriptions are governed by the applicable pricing plan agreed upon between the customer and Enaviya Information Technologies.

Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.

Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may occasionally affect service availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enaviya Information Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use SpendMantra.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in activities that compromise the security or integrity of the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Enaviya Information Technologies is registered.
